Summer of Love 2019 marks the 50th-anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and Woodstock, pivotal moments in the LGBTQ and the counterculture movement. Each first Thursday of the month, the city’s historic downtown square transforms into an outdoor arts district featuring more than 40 visual artists who create items in a variety of mediums. The also includes live music, street performances, children’s activities, food trucks, a craft beer garden and more. First Thursday runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
